How the MedStar IVR System Works:

1. A health provider or nurse enters the questions they want to ask the patient from their computer.

2. Questions are delivered to the patient at home, via a normal phone line or web browser.

3. The IVR presents the questions to the patient, who enters their answers with keypad or keyboard.

4. The answers are sent back to the health provider or nurse, here they can view them on their computer.
