IN THIS ISSUE:
HOLIDAY HOURS It's the holiday time of year, and we here at Cybernet Medical wish all of our customers Happy Holidays! As usual, the Cybernet Medical offices will be closed for portions of the holiday season to allow our team to spend time with their families, which means that Cybernet Medical Support availability will vary as follows:
Closures include our MedStar Support phone lines, which will remain available with reduced staff on "limited support" days. Our technical support number will still accept support request messages during the holiday break, but these support requests may not be addressed until support personnel are available to do so. Our online help will continue to be available during the holiday break, with normal support availability resuming on Monday, January 4th. Thanks for your patience, and have a happy holiday!
