HAPPY
NEW YEAR FROM CYBERNET MEDICAL
2007
is here, and the folks at Cybernet Medical would
like to
wish everyone a Happy New Year! We have many exciting things planned in 2007
-- so keep watching this space for the latest updates,
and we'll keep expanding the MedStar System for
you.
TELEHEALTH
TECHNOLOGIES SC-1 TELEHEALTH SCALE SUPPORT
Cybernet
Medical is proud to announce the addition of
support for Telemedicine Technologies’ SC-1
Telehealth Scale to the MedStar™ System.
With
it's wide footprint, large capacity, sleek design,
and low price, the SC-1 Telehealth Scale offers
the best of everything
in a scale. Telehealth Technologies designed the SC-1
specifically for use in telemedicine applications, with a
feature set built to tolerate almost any home environment.
The SC-1's unique features include a 15.5” wide and flat base
for stability and accuracy on almost any floor surface, 440lb
capacity, integrated motion tolerance to allow correct readings
even when patients are unable to stand still, and audible cues
that allow scale use without reaching down to the floor.
This
new product is now available to MedStar™ System
users. Providers interested in deploying the SC-1
should contact MedStar Sales directly for costs
and availability.

UPDATE: NEW QUESTIONS INTERFACE
The
Cybernet Medical team is pleased to announce
the introduction of subjective question limit
triggering to the
MedStar System! This new feature allows providers to set
values within their websites that will trigger alerts on
specific answers to your designed question sets -- alerts
that appear on your main alerts page in the Out Of Limit
column, so you can identify the patient quickly and easily.
As
part of this upgrade to the questions interface,
we have
also made it easier to add and modify question sets. So now
you can collect exactly the information you need from your
patients with even less hassle -- and no added costs!
WEBSITE
UPDATE: NEW TRANSMISSION HISTORY REPORT
Also recently added is a new ability for Administrators to
view the transmission history of a specific MedStar device.
The link to this information page is available from the
HISTORY page for the desired device.
The
transmission history report provides a complete
listing
of calls, including the date, approximate time, and number
of readings transmitted in any given call -- as well as a
handy reminder of which patient the MedStar was assigned to
at the time of the call.

UPDATE: NEW CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION FIELDS
Additionally,
we have added two new fields to the Patient Profile
page, for the storage of confidential notes or
data on patients. Items entered into these fields
are visible and editable ONLY to assigned Primary
Provider and Administrative users.
If
you have any questions about this
or any of this month's website updates,
please contact Cybernet Medical Support at 1-800-CYBERNET,
or via e-mail at support 'at' cybernetmedical.com.
