WEBSITE UPDATE: NEW WEBSITE SUPPORT LINKS

The Cybernet Medical Team has recently added a new support link at the bottom of every page within the website. Upon clicking this button, you will be taken to a webpage that will ask you to answer a series of questions about the issue you are currently experiencing.

In order to help you get a rapid and appropriate response to your issue, we ask that you answer the questions with as much infomation as possible -- clicking the submit button will forward that information directly to our technical support staff, who will then determine the best course of action to address your issue.

We anticipate that this new addition will make it simple and quicker to deal with any problems that arise with your MedStar System and/or Devices. Please feel free to let us know if there are other steps we can take to better support you, your staff, and your patients!

WEBSITE UPDATE: AUTOMATED EKG COLLECTION

We have also recently added capability to the website to support patients who are being monitored for EKG -- it is now possible to collect events and transmit them to the website over a normal telephone line without the aid of a nurse or other user!

To use this capability, the patient simply needs to call a specified number, and enter their home phone and personal identification number. The system will verify the combination, and then request that the user send the recorded event using the standard trans-telephonic method for their event recorder.

The new incoming event will then be placed directly into the patient's website record, and marked for provider review.

WEBSITE UPDATE: FAXING OF MEDICATION INFORMATION

Finally, you may have already noticed our recent addition of patient medication information to the faxed reports generated by the website. This change is intended to give you a concise report showing the patient's current medications and readings, all on one report.

This feature can be turned on and off as desired via the report formatting options on your preferences page.

If you have any questions about this or any of this month's website updates, please contact Cybernet Medical Support at 1-800-CYBERNET, or via e-mail at support 'at' cybernetmedical.com.
