UPDATE: IVR ADDITIONS
The
Cybernet Medical team has recently updated our website's Interactive
Voice Response system to allow patients to add data
readings directly into their electronic medical record.
Now,
when a question set includes the ability to enter data, the
patient needs only to use a telephone keypad to enter their last
reading. Upon confirmation of the entry, the new value will be
stored in their patient record.

UPDATE: NEW TRANSMISSION HISTORY REPORT
Also recently
added to the Cybernet Medical website is a new
Administrator capability to view the transmission history of a
specific MedStar device. The link to this informational page is
available from the HISTORY page for the desired device.
The transmission
history report provides a complete listing of
calls, including the date, approximate time, and number of readings
transmitted in any given call -- as well as a handy reminder of
which patient the MedStar was assigned to at the time of the call.
