WEBSITE UPDATE: NOTIFICATION LOG CHANGES

The notification log has been updated to enhance its capabilities and usefulness. More details, search features and access to auto-generated report histories have been added or enhanced to provide you with information on reports generated by the system. This log is accessible by staff and providers from their main login page, and by administrators from the TASKS page.

This log will allow you to get information on emails and faxes sent with the system: when a particular report was generated, for whom, and by whom. Also, the final and current status of fax transmissions from the faxing process are available. If a re-transmission of a particular faxed report is necessary, action buttons can be displayed that can be used to resend the report to the intended recipient.

HOLIDAY HOURS

It's Independence Day, and like most stores and workplaces in the U.S., Cybernet Medical's offices will be closed on July 4th in recognition of the holiday. Because of this, MedStar Support will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th -- online help will continue to be available, and our technical support number will still be accepting support messages, but any support requests left via these channels will not be responded to until normal support hours resume on Wednesday, July 5th.
