HOLIDAY HOURS

Independence Day is this month, and like most offices in the U.S., Cybernet Medical will be closed on July 4th in recognition of the holiday. Because this date falls in the middle of the week this year, MedStar Support will be closed from Wednesday, July 4th until Monday, July 9th -- online help will be available, and our technical support number will still be accepting support messages, but support requests may not be responded to until normal support hours resume on Monday, July 9th.

WEBSITE UPDATE

Cybernet Medical is pleased to announce a major update to our electronic medical record website. This update addresses many issues, as well as suggestions from our customers on improving the usability of the interface and easing access to patient information within the website.

This new look and design makes it easier to navigate through patient records via a new tabbed interface -- which allows rapid navigation from any part of the patient's record to another. Improved search features have also been added, which improve the ease and ability of finding patients, users, and devices within the system.

We are very excited to bring this new update to you, and hope it improves your usage experience as well as allowing you to offer improved care to your patients. As always, if there are any issues that come up, or you require more information on these updates, contact us at:
