TIMED/CALLBACK INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE (IVR)

We have recently expanded the capabilities of our IVR system to include the capability to call your patients automatically based on either a specified Time and/or after MedStar transmission has occurred. This will allow you to get subjective feedback from your patients that isn't available through biometric data alone.

This functionality is built on top of our existing IVR framework, allowing you or your health care provider to set up customized question sets and assign them to specific patients in order to retrieve the subjective information that will provide better details about what else is affecting their well-being.

CYBERNET MEDICAL AWARDED U.S. PATENTS COVERING WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDING AND HOME CARE TELEMEDICINE STORE AND FORWARD DEVICES

Cybernet Medical announced this month the awarding of U.S. Patent 6,875,174, which with U.S. Patents 6,723,046, 6,375,614, and 6,050,940 cover the broad implementation of the MedStar™ Internet and telephone-based telemedical products, as well as the web-based electronic medical record services that support them.

Patent 6,875,174 is the latest awarded to Cybernet Medical's groundbreaking Internet-medicine monitoring system, which first was patented on June 17th, 1996. For more information on this, read the official press release on the Cybernet Medical website:

CYBERNET MEDICAL TO ATTEND THE ATA 2005 FALL FORUM

Cybernet Medical will be appearing at the American Telemedicine Association's (ATA) 2005 Fall Forum in Palm Springs, California from September 11th-13th. The Cybernet Medical team will be showcasing the MedStar system and its many monitoring features, including Blood Pressure, weight, pulse ox, spirometery, glucose, temperature, INR monitoring, web-based electronic medical record, and the Interactive Voice Response question and answer system.
