2.
Server Upgrades
During
the month of September, Cybernet Medical implemented
a new
array of servers to better handle increased demand
on our system
from both the collection of data (via the MedStars)
and website
requests from our customers. These upgrades will allow
Cybernet
Medical to better handle future upgrades and maintenance
issues
as they arise, minimizing service downtime in the event
of
unforseen issues.
3.
3rd Quarter Website Update
As
part of Cybernet Medical's continuing effort to improve
our
products, on September 30th, 2004 we will be upgrading
our
website to offer an array of enhancements and new features
to allow
for improved patient care and utilization of our website
services.
Please check the new UPDATES section in the online
help for more
details on the changes implemented during this update.
4.
3rd Quarter Update - Device Grouping
One
of the new features included in the 3rd quarter website
update
is the ability to group many devices together into
one entity that
can be easily moved between patients and providers
within the
system. This allows for easier tracking of MedStar
Cases and/or
device grouping.
To
create a device group, go to the TASKS link at the
top of the administrators main page and then select
the DEVICE GROUPS link
under the ADD section. From here you can select devices
to group
together. A default name will be created based on the
MedStar
within the group. You also have the capability to modify
the
group name according to your own preferences.
Please
