MEDICAL AT ATA FALL FORUM
Cybernet
Medical will be appearing at the American Telemedicine
Association's (ATA) 2006 Fall Forum in Orlando, Florida from
September 25th-27th. The Cybernet Medical team will be there
to showcase the MedStar Telemonitoring System and its many
monitoring features, including Blood Pressure, Weight, Pulse Ox,
Spirometery, Glucose, Temperature, INR Monitoring, Web-based
Electronic Medical Record, and the Interactive Voice Response
question and answer system.

UPDATE: FAXING UPDATE
The fax cover sheet that is generated by the Cybernet Medical
Website has recently been updated. This new cover sheet has
been redesigned to allow more information to be presented on
the cover sheet, which should reduce the number of pages sent
when a fax is generated by the system.
This
new cover sheet contains all the information of
the previous version, along with the following
additions:
- A
new PHI statement:
- Your
technical contact information for recipients
to
call with issues.
- Please
contact Cybernet Medical at 1-800-CYBERNET
to
have your number set or changed.
- An
expanded comments section:
- Report
Faxes - This section contains the comments
entered by users when sending faxes from the
website,
removing the text page sent before formatted
reports.
- Out
Of Limit Alert Faxes - These contain the
patient information for the OOL patient.

HOLIDAY
HOURS
Because
of the Labor Day holiday weekend, the Cybernet
Medical
offices will be closed on September 4th in recognition of the
holiday. This means that MedStar Support will be unavailable
on Monday, September 4th.
Online
help will continue to be available, and our technical
support
number will still be accepting support messages, but any support
requests left via these channels will not be responded to until
normal support hours resume on Tuesday, September 5th.
