HOLIDAY HOURS

Because of the Labor Day holiday weekend, the Cybernet Medical offices will be closed on September 3rd in recognition of the holiday. This means that MedStar Support will be unavailable on Monday, September 3rd.

Online help will continue to be available, and our technical support number will still be accepting support messages, but any support requests left via these channels will not be responded to until normal support hours resume on Tuesday, September 4th.

CONFIRMING ONLINE FORM CHANGES IN PATIENT MEDICAL RECORDS

You can create and define your own custom forms to be filled out and entered in patient medical records, but when using them you should also verify that the information has been correctly entered into the patient's record. This is easily done by visiting the following page in their record:

Patient Data/Patient Forms/Online Forms

After answering the questions set for the form, click on the submit button. The forms page should refresh with a time stamp listed next to the form. To view the information, click on the time stamp and the questions/answers will be shown, along with comments entered.
