Cybernet Medical has recently updated our product catalog, and the new version is available to our users first! If you're curious about new and forthcoming additions to the Cybernet Medical System, you will want to read this new version - which includes information not yet available on our sales website.

SUPPORT POLICY UPDATE

Cybernet Medical has recently updated our support policy. This support policy supercedes all previously documented policies and any other outlined support offerings that may be found on any Cybernet Medical product, packaging material, user and installation manuals, electronically stored materials, marketing materials or advertising materials.

Our complimentary online support link to submit your questions can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, either within or outside of our Medical EMR. These complimentary resources, for your unlimited use, include:

• online user manuals
• configuration documentation
• troubleshooting guides

To receive support, please follow these steps:

1. Be sure to review the user manuals, and visit www.cybernetmedical.com for additional online information that may answer your questions immediately.
2. You may contact us by using the EMR's web-based system, or by telephone. For support by phone call 1-800-CYBERNET.

Telephone support hours are from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain U.S. holidays (which we remind our users about in advance via our newsletter, which is available both online and via e-mail subscription). Cybernet Medical is constantly searching for ways to improve the MedStar System, and the best suggestions come from our customers! We always welcome comments and suggestions from our users, but right now we are particularly interested in hearing user opinions on a few particular questions.
