HOLIDAY HOURS

Since our next newsletter won't reach you until the end of November, we here at Cybernet Medical would like to wish you a happy Halloween and (in advance) Thanksgiving. Like many of you, we here at Cybernet Medical will be spending Thanksgiving with our families, and because of this MedStar Support will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th.

Online help will continue to be available during this time, and our technical support number will still be accepting support messages. We will answer any inquiries as soon as we resume normal support hours on Monday, November 28th.

NAHC SHOW WRAP-UP

We would like to thank everyone who saw us at our booth in Seattle at NAHC. We had a great show, and were glad to show off our new multi-user kiosk MedStar and our standard in-home MedStar monitors. MULTI-PATIENT SUPPORT FOR MEDSTAR

The MedStar System can now support multi-patient environments such as assisted living facilities and public spaces such as drug stores, schools, and libraries. A keypad can now be added to the MedStar, where users can enter their secure ID and have their vital signs data tagged for them. You can use any ID that you want, or the MedStar System can generate IDs for you.

This new system is available in three forms:

  1. As components suitable for manned health stations such as assisted living facilities
  2. As a full stand-up kiosk with display suitable for stores and public places
  3. As an emergency portable health station with wireless transmission, enclosed in a suitcase for easy storage and movement.
