Cybernet Medical will be appearing at the 25th Annual Meeting of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) in Baltimore, Maryland from October 14th-18th. The Cybernet Medical team will be showcasing the MedStar system and its many monitoring features, including Blood Pressure, weight, pulse ox, spirometery, glucose, temperature, INR monitoring, the web-based electronic medical record, and the Interactive Voice Response question and answer system.

The Cybernet Medical booth can be found in the Exhibitor's Hall, Booth #1015. For more information on the show, please visit the NAHC 2006 website:

WEBSITE UPDATE: ONLINE DOCUMENTS

We have added online access to the MedStar users manuals and quick reference guides. Both of these manuals for all the current MedStars are now available via the HELP link within the website.

To access these files simply LOGIN to the website, select the HELP link from the menu, and select the DOWNLOADS link from the left side menu in the new window. Scroll down to find the desired manual or quick reference guide for the MedStar in question.

If you have any questions about these new website updates, please contact Cybernet Medical Support at 1-800-CYBERNET, or via e-mail at support 'at' cybernetmedical.com.

TIPS AND TRICKS: VIEWING REPORT PDFs

A friendly reminder from the Cybernet Medical folks: when
viewing your Patient Data Reports from our website, they will
display best when using the current version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader (currently 7.08). You can check your version by
selecting the HELP tab and the ABOUT ACROBAT option that
pops up underneath it while viewing any PDF file.

If you do not have the latest version of Acrobat Reader and
would like to update, you will find a handy link to the Acrobat
Reader download page on the front page of our site after you
login. You can also just visit the address listed below:

www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

You can follow the instructions from there to install the
latest version of Acrobat Reader. PLEASE NOTE -- you may need
to check with your IT department before doing so if user
installations are restricted on your network!

In the event you cannot (or choose not to) update your version
of Acrobat Reader, we have a help document on our website to
help you make your current version of Adobe Reader work better
with our generated reports. To access this help document:

  • Login to www.cybernetmedical.com
  • Click on the HELP icon
  • Click on DOWNLOADS
  • Scroll down to the TROUBLESHOOTING section
  • Open (or download to your desktop) the file titled:
    "204-00-022 - Displaying PDF Files - Quick Reference.doc"
  • Follow the steps listed in that file, and you're all set!

If you have any questions about any of the above, please feel free to contact Cybernet Medical Support at 1-800-CYBERNET, or via e-mail at support 'at' cybernetmedical.com.
