CYBERNET MEDICAL PARTNERS WITH WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY

Cybernet Medical has recently partnered with the Wayne State University School of Nursing, in order to integrate telemedicine into their Nursing Program. With this partnership, the next generation of nurses will come on the job with an understanding of telemedicine technology -- and will be better equipped to help the hospitals, nursing homes, and VNA manage their growing telemedicine service offerings.

NEW SCALE AVAILABILITY

Cybernet Medical is pleased to announce the addition of the Ultegra Health Scale (50735) to the MedStar product line. This digital scale is ideally suited for use in offices and public facilities, and includes a wall-mountable LCD display. WEBSITE ADDITIONS: MANAGER REPORTS AND PATIENT ID

The MedStar Team has recently added the capability for a manager level website user to have a patient summary report automatically generated and e-mailed on a periodic basis, based on personal preferences set on their preferences page. These preferences include how often a report is desired, and what time it is sent. These reports provide a listing of all patients assigned to the user, sorted by current status. As with all e-mailed reports, Patient IDs and Procedure ID combinations will be sent on the report instead of names, in order to protect the privacy of your customers. You can use the website to determine the actual user names, if/when needed.

Additionally, the left side menu of the MedStar website has been adjusted to include the location that the patient is in, if you have the ability to view more then one location. This allows for quick determination of where patients are located when viewing them, without having to revert to their profile page.
