Happy Holidays and Holiday Hours
Since
our next newsletter won't reach you until after the
holidays, we here at Cybernet Medical would like
to wish you a happy holiday season and New Year in
advance.
Like many of you, we here at Cybernet Medical will be spending the
holidays with our families. Because of this, MedStar Support will
be closed on the following weekdays: Friday, December 24th;
Monday, December 27th; Friday, December 31st; and Monday January
3rd. Online help will continue to be available during this
period, and our technical support number will still be accepting
support messages. We will answer any inquiries as soon as we resume normal support
hours on Tuesday, December 28th and Tuesday, January
4th.
Thanks for your patience, and have a happy holiday
season!

Online Protocols
The
Online Protocols feature allows for administrators
to place
documents in the system that can be retrieved by providers
and
other managers in the system via the new HELP page
PROTOCOLS
option. Using the administration TASKS page, a manager
can add
documents to the system that can then be downloaded
by other users
as needed. This feature can be used to place protocols
for
handling patient events, for example.
