HOLIDAY
HOURS
It's
the holiday time of year, and we here at Cybernet
Medical would like to wish you a happy Thanksgiving!
Like many folks, we here at Cybernet Medical will
be spending Thanksgiving with our families, which
means that MedStar Support will be closed on Thursday,
November 23rd and Friday, November 24th. Online
help will continue to be available during this
time, and our technical support number will still
be accepting messages over the holiday weekend,
but immediate live phone support will be unavailable.
Because
of these holiday hours, any support requests or
orders received after 2pm on Wednesday, November
22nd may not be addressed
until we resume normal support hours on Monday, November 27th.

COPD
AWARENESS MONTH PROMOTION
November
is COPD Awareness Month, and to help ease the
burden of
treating COPD, we are putting our COPD MedStar Kit on sale! The
kit includes: MedStar, Blood Pressure Monitor, 450lb Weight Scale,
Pulse Oximeter, Spirometer and monitoring software. For all orders
placed in November, we will include free monitoring service through
the rest of the year, and 1 free scale for every 5 units purchased.
COPD
cannot be cured, but effective MedStar treatment
is available to slow damage to the lungs and help
patients feel better.

UPDATE: NEW COMMENTS SECTIONS
We
have added new additional comment fields for
your use with the patient record. These fields
are Case Management, Plan of Care, Medication,
and Physician Instructions. These may be
used in any manner you find appropriate, and they will
automatically be displayed on the patients' data pages based
on date and time of entry -- just like other data points are.
Access
to these new fields is available from either
the Patients Profile page or from the patient's
data page. The
ability to add follow-up compliance notes is additionally
available from the comments link on the patient's data page.

UPDATE: NEW GRAPHS
We
have also recently updated the graphing of disease
management
and question answers to match the layout of the graphs on the
formatted reports.
These
graphs require Adobe Flash Player 7.0+ on your
machine. Quick links are available on the login
screen to help you determine your installed version
(if any), and to download it if you do not have
the required version.

UPDATE: PROVIDER NATIONAL ID FIELD
We
have added a new field to the Health Providers
profile for a
National Identification ID. Once filled in with the NID for a provider, that ID
will be present on all reports.
