HOLIDAY HOURS

It's the holiday time of year, and we here at Cybernet Medical wish you all Happy Holidays! Because of the holiday season, Cybernet Medical Support will be closed on the following days:

Monday, December 24th
Tuesday, December 25th
Wednesday, December 26th
Thursday, December 27th
Friday, December 28th
Monday, December 31st
Tuesday, January 1st, 2008

Online help will continue to be available during the holidays, and our technical support number will still be accepting messages, but live phone support will be unavailable.

Because of these holiday hours, major support requests or orders received after 2pm on Friday, December 21st may not be addressed until we resume normal support hours on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2008.

WEBSITE TIMESTAMP UPDATE

Cybernet Medical is pleased to announce a major update to the MedStar Website -- which now allows for the marking of Patients in their proper time zones! This will allow for more accurate triggering of alerts to your specific needs and desires, as well as correctly stamping weight data to the patient's local time.
