HOLIDAY HOURS

It's the holiday time of year, and we here at Cybernet Medical wish you all Happy Holidays! Because of the holiday season, Cybernet Medical Support will be closed on the following days:

Wednesday, December 24th
Thursday, December 25th
Friday, December 26th
Monday, December 29th
Tuesday, December 30th
Wednesday, December 31st
Thursday, January 1st, 2008

Online help will continue to be available during the holidays, and our technical support number will still be accepting messages, but live phone support will be unavailable.

Because of these holiday hours, major support requests or orders received after 2pm on Tuesday, December 23rd may not be addressed until we resume normal support hours on Friday, January 2nd, 2008.

NEW TELULAR PATH SX7T GSM CELLULAR HUB SUPPORT

Cybernet Medical is pleased to announce that we have added support for Telular Corporation's PATH SX7T GSN Cellular Hub to the MedStar System. This option has been added to provide MedStar functions that previously required a hardwire phone line over wireless cellular networks!

While intended primarily for use in our portable case and kiosk kits, these hubs may also be useful for patients and offices that have discontinued land line phones and gone "cell only."
